Magwitch is a technology platform connecting consumers with financial institutions at physical merchant locations. Applications submitted on the Magwitch Platform may be funded by one of several lenders in Magwitch’s “Lending Network”. Magwitch does not make loans, and does not make credit decisions on behalf of our Lending Partners. Magwitch coordinates the information provided to the appropriate Financial Institution based on your credit report. This initial (soft) inquiry will not affect your credit score. If you accept a rate provided by a financial institution within our network and proceed with your application, there will be another (hard) credit inquiry that will impact your credit score. If you decide to take out a loan with one of our financial institutions in our lending network repayment information may be reported to the credit bureaus. Magwitch is compensated by our Lending Partner’s at no cost to you.

The average loan on Magwitch’s platform is as follows: 60 Months – $10,000 loan – 26.57% APRTotal cost of a $10,000 loan would equal $16,376 based off of the current 5 year rates amongst our Lending Network. There are no prepayment penalties.

Loan approval is not guaranteed. Actual loan offers and loan amounts, terms and annual percentage rates (“APR”) may vary based upon each Financial institution’s review of your creditworthiness and other factors. Origination or other fees from 0% to 3% may apply depending upon your state of residence.

If you accept your loan by 5pm EST (not including weekends or holidays), your funds will be sent to the merchant the next business day where you will then be responsible for remitting monthly payments to the Financial Institution that provided you with a loan.
