By submitting Feedback, you agree thatCompany is free to use such Feedback at its discretion without any obligation to you. Company may alsochoose to disclose Feedback to third parties. You hereby grant Company a royalty-free, perpetual,irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, nonexclusive license under all rights necessary toincorporate and use your Feedback for any purpose.

Asset Transfers. If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, or other transaction involving the sale ofsome or all of Company’s assets, User information may be included in the transferred assets. Should suchan event occur, we will use reasonable means to notify you through email and/or a prominent notice onthe Site.

PAYMENT

If you make a purchase through the Sites and Services, we may use a third-party payment processor suchas Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard(PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchasetransaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI SecurityStandards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow allPCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES’ PRIVACY POLICIES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to theextent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-partyservice providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their ownprivacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-relatedtransactions. You may request that we not “sell” your personal information on a going forward basis.   3. Right to be free from discrimination. You may exercise any of the above rights without fear of beingdiscriminated against. We use the information you provide to make your CCPA rightsrequests to verify your identity, locate the personal information we may hold about you and act upon your request.We strongly recommend that you submit the email and postal address that you used when you created accounts,ordered subscriptions, or signed up for a newsletter. After you submit a CCPA rights request, you will be requiredto verify access to the email address you submitted. You will receive an email with a follow-up link to completeyour email verification process. You are required to verify your email in order for us to proceed with your CCPArights request. Authorized Agents

For any of the CCPA rights, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If you are an authorized agent working on behalf of a consumer, you will need to fill out the relevantCCPA request form listed above on behalf of the consumer with the consumer’s information. Please note thatthe consumer you are working on behalf of must have a California postal address and will need to verify accessto the email account used to submit the CCPA request in order for us to move forward with processing therequest.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect or disclose personal information of minors under the age of 16, without affirmativeauthorization.
